May 3*: Constitution Day (Kenpo kinenbi 憲法記念日)
May 4: Greenery Day (Midori no hi 緑の日)
May 5: Children's Day (Kodomo no hi こどもの日)
*As May 3 falls on a Saturday in 2009, the holiday is carried over to Wednesday, May 6.
